Tuition and Other Fees

     Tuition and other fees are subject to change.  Please check the rate sheet located at the tuition box for current tuition and fees.

Registration Fee

      A nonrefundable registration fee shall be paid upon enrollment.  This fee is due each January for students who plan to continue in our program.  If you are starting in the program a month other than January, this registration fee will be prorated for the months remaining till January.

Tuition

     Tuition is to be paid on a weekly basis.  (Please check our Tuition Rate Listings for prices.)  Tuition is to be paid before or on Monday of each week in advance.  A charge of $10.00 (or the current rate) is added to payments not received by Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. of the same week.  Your checks may be dropped in the tuition box located near the sign-in sheets in the hall.  If you are paying with cash, be sure that you receive a receipt for your payment.

      Full tuition is due regardless of the child’s attendance.  Tuition payment is based on enrollment, not attendance, and is expected regardless of sick time, personal time, holidays, or vacations.  Our program and licensing requirements require us to engage staff based on the number of children enrolled.  Vacations, holiday and sick days were taken into consideration when the tuition was set.  There is no tuition reduction for sickness, personal time, holidays, or vacations.

Late Payment Fees

      A $10.00 late fee (or the current rate)  will be applied if tuition is not received before Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. of the same week.  If tuition is not received by Friday, we will not be able to take your child until tuition is paid in full. 

Late Pick Up Fees

     Our center closes at 6:00 p.m. daily.  Late fees will be charged for children not picked up by the scheduled closing time.  Children picked up after 6:00 p.m. will be charged $7.50 for every 15 minutes.  For example, from 6:00 to 6:14, the charge is $7.50, from 6:15 to 6:29 is $15.00.)  If you know you will be late, please make advance arrangements for someone else to pick up your child.  The late fee is due at the time your child is picked up.  The fees should be paid immediately.
